Please make sure your child has their PE kit in school at the beginning of every half-term and these will then be sent home again at the end of every half-term. The PE dress policy can be found on the school website.
Through the Ages
In this topic children will learn about British prehistory from the Stone Age through to the Iron Age. They will focus on changes to people and lifestyle caused by ingenuity, invention and technological advancement. They will make comparisons to life in each period of prehistory and to life now. They will learn about key settlements such as Skara Brae and important historical figures such as the Cheddar Man.
Prehistoric pots
In this project children will about Bell Beaker pottery. They will explore different clay techniques, explore patterns used on prehistoric pots and will design and make their own Bell Beaker pot.
