What do Sports Leaders do?

 

Attend Sports Leader meetings.

Suggest new ideas to try to continue to improve PE at Yew Tree.

Carry our their responsibilities during lunch and playtimes e.g. keeping children          active, arranging games to play, tidying up the equipment. 

Being an exemplary role model to all pupils.

Promote the importance of physical activity in school.

Encourage the least active pupils to take part in PE, physical activity and sport.

Take the lead in warm ups/cool downs during PE sessions.
