Community 'Chit Chat'

At Yew Tree Primary School we value the partnership we have with our community and we are committed to working as closely with them as we can. Although we are a large school, we are determined to nurture a family ethos and ensure our school is at the heart of the community. We embrace the opportunity to create strong bonds within the Yew Tree family.

Community 'Chit Chat' is an open forum for any members of our community to meet directly with a member of the school team at key points in the year. These opportunities are informal and include the chance to have a coffee and chat with dedicated staff to discuss all things Yew Tree and to have a catch up about topical issues.

This page will give information about our Community 'Chit Chat' meetings so keep an eye for updates throughout the year. Remember, the agenda is yours so do let us know if you have ideas about things you would like to discuss. This group will also collaborate with our Family Support Worker in consider community engagement events such as family outings and trips.
