As a school, we thrive to help children and young people to grow healthily, safely and responsibly.
The aim of this page is to share lots of ideas that can contribute to a healthy lifestyle. There will be information based on ways to keep fit and healthy, both at school and at home.

Spectacular Sports Week- Healthy Eating Focus
During our focus week, we wanted to encourage eating healthily.
- can you eat 5 portions of fruit/vegetables a day?
- can you drink 2 litres of water a day?
- can you cut down to eating 1 treat a day?
If you think you you can complete the challenge, please encourage your children to speak to their teacher in school.
