At a meeting of the Governing Body, held on 10.09.24, Sukhvir Nagra was elected as our Chair of Governors and Kyshia Obi was elected as our Vice Chair. 

Message from the Chair of Governors

I became part of the Yew Tree family as a co-opted governor because I wanted to help make a difference to the lives of the children where I live.

Three years later, I’m honoured to now be the Chair of a team of governors who are just as passionate as I am about the future of our children.

I’m proud of the all the team at Yew Tree Primary who have worked endlessly, and continue to do so, to make this school 'The Place To Be'. Governors will continue to support the school in helping pupils grow in an safe environment and be able to learn without limits at Yew Tree Primary School.
