Yew Tree Primary School is a Local Authority maintained school. This means that all admissions, for children in Reception (YR) - Year 6 (Y6), are in line with Sandwell's Admissions arrangements and procedures.

However, if you are applying for a place in our Nursery then places are offered in line with the admissions arrangements below. The application form below, for Nursery ONLY, must be returned to the school office as per the deadlines in the admissions criteria.
