School Admissions

Yew Tree Primary School is a Local Authority maintained school. This means that all admissions, for children in Reception (YR) - Year 6 (Y6), are in line with Sandwell's Admissions arrangements and procedures.

Information about how to apply for a place in Sandwell schools, please CLICK HERE. If you have any questions then please get in touch with the Local Authority or the school office who can offer advice.

However, if you are applying for a place in our Nursery then places are offered in line with the admissions arrangements below. The application form below, for Nursery ONLY, must be returned to the school office as per the deadlines in the admissions criteria. If your child is at Sandwell school, and they want to transfer (in or out) to another school during the year, please contact the school office to complete the mid-year application above.
