Oracle Fusion

If you have any ICT queries regarding Oracle, e.g. can't log in please email the following and add your name and school name and details of your problem: fusion_support@sandwell.gov.uk

 

If you have any HR or Payroll queries, e.g. my allowance is not visible, speak to the School Business Manager or log your query via the Oracle Fusion Helpdesk (see guide above).  You will need to include two of the following: your person number (formerly assignment number), your date of birth, or your employee address to verify that you are eligible to access the relevant employee information.

Staff Absence

 

In the event of staff absence, staff should:

 

  • Complete the self-certification form for the first 7 days of absence (unless a line manager has requested a fit note)
  • Complete the RTW form ahead of your agreed return to work date (this should be completed for all absences inc. discretionary leave for reasons such as compassionate, medical or exceptional circumstances)
