Staff Absence
In the event of staff absence, staff should:
- Complete the self-certification form for the first 7 days of absence (unless a line manager has requested a fit note)
- Complete the RTW form ahead of your agreed return to work date (this should be completed for all absences inc. discretionary leave for reasons such as compassionate, medical or exceptional circumstances)
