Sandwell Family Hubs will provide Sandwell families with the integrated support they need to care for their children from conception, throughout the early years, and into the start of adulthood. This is to enable parents to establish a firm foundation for their children, from which to meet their full potential in life. Their mission is to help Sandwell families thrive.

Sandwell Family Hubs will offer the right help, in the right place, at the right time by offering services and support for all families in Sandwell with children aged 0 – 19 (or 25 with SEND) and extra support is available for families during pregnancy and in your baby’s first years. Mobile Spoke

At Yew Tree Primary School, we are proud to be a Sandwell Family Hubs Mobile Spoke. This means that we work, in partnership with Sandwell Family Hubs, in order to deliver a range of services and support for families in our area.

The services we provide are based at the school but are accessible to anybody within the local area. You DO NOT need to have a child at our school to access the services.
